Configuring reviews within the Klevu Merchant Center (KMC) means you have control over the strategy of how your product tiles look in quick search, product recommendations, and on product listing pages.
How to configure your reviews and ratings in Klevu:
- Connect your reviews to your Klevu store using either the Yotpo or Trustpilot apps, or with a feed.
- Login to your Klevu admin panel and navigate to ‘Store Info’
- Click on ‘Ratings’
- Choose where you would like to show ratings and rating counts.
- Choose whether or not you’d like to include this data in your Klevu AI. Easy peasy.
