Partner Spotlight
We caught up with Bryan Taylor, Vice President at Forix, to learn how they distinguish themselves from other agencies, the significance of product discovery for their clients, their rationale for implementing Klevu with their clients, and to hear about one of his favorite accomplishments as an agency.
What sets you apart from other digital agencies? What would you say are your areas of expertise? Focus on any particular verticals?
When clients decide to partner with Forix they are gaining an entire team of experts who have had their hands in more Magento sites than the average agency. Client-specific roadmaps easily integrate developers, UX/UI, SEO, and more.
Our data driven approach means that every recommendation is expected to see results. Understanding which factors of an ecommerce site are strengths and which are weaknesses allows us to pull in partners like Klevu when we are confident that there will be a significant return on investment. But first and foremost, we are advocates for utilizing the tools our clients already have – why reinvent the wheel when we can grease the wheels that are already in motion. Our strategists ensure that we are continuously updating roadmaps for years of success to come.
While we cater to almost any industry, we tend to have a lot of clients in sports & outdoor, parts sales, food, and much more. You can see more here.
Why do you think product discovery is important to your client base?
To put it simply, product discovery is where all buying begins in the world of eCommerce. We recognize that product findability, ongoing AI developments, and competitive online marketplaces have conditioned the typical shopper to become low-effort (and lack patience) in their shopping journeys, so we have to get it right. Websites with impeccable product discovery are the clear winners when competing with Amazon, Google, and a host of other intermediaries trying to shave margin.
It is now the job of the seller to anticipate shopping habits, connect consumer patterns, and direct shoppers to products that are both what people want to purchase and what the company wants to sell.
Joint client? Why did you choose to implement Klevu?
Abilene Machine and Kitchen Stuff Plus are two of many joint clients with tremendous success stories.
Abilene Machine

Tell us about one of your proudest moments/biggest accomplishment as an agency?
One of our favorite accomplishments to reflect on is a company that was selling high-end pet products – think the Taj Mahal of catios. Their business was doing well, but we knew it could be better. We quickly identified that many customers were having difficulty finding the items they were really looking for. This was noticeable because of how few product views there were. By improving the navigation and most popular landing pages, we saw customers getting deeper into the funnel. After implementing Forix’s solutions we saw product views improve by 288%, along with add to cart improving by 48%, and ultimately checkout improving by 46%.
What are some of the biggest changes/trends that you currently see happening within e-commerce?
Data driven results are the focus of our clients’ approach. They have matured to the point of realizing that they have to be smarter with their tactics and marketing budgets. In an age of declining conversion rates, search, AI macro-processes, and customer journey now dominate the landscape. Buyers know what they are looking for more than ever, so having a platform that can do fast and flawless matchmaking is the determining factor.
