What is your biggest accomplishment so far?

Securing three consecutive mobile experience awards at Magento Imagine was a remarkable feat. The flagship event, held in Las Vegas, brought the global Magento community together to honour achievements. JH is the only agency to claim the mobile experience award for three consecutive years. This not only solidified our industry-leading status but also affirmed our commitment to cross platform innovation. Another accomplishment we’re proud of at JH is being pioneers in adopting a mobile-first approach to web development and introducing a genuine Magento PWA website ahead of the curve.

Why do you think product discovery is important to your client base?

Efficient product discovery plays a pivotal role in the success of any client’s website.  If a customer is not able to find the products they want on a website then they will not purchase. People assume that product discovery is just about search, however product discovery covers multiple aspects of a website: search, categories and recommendations. A good product discovery always starts with good product data. If you have poor quality data then you’re not starting with a good foundation.

Harnessing the power of AI and personalization in product discovery can significantly enhances sales. By ensuring that showcased products resonate personally with each customer across the entire site, you will see an increase in engagement, sales, returning customers and much more.
