What sets you apart from other digital agencies?
We always talk about our biggest strength is our ability to go “beyond the brief” How we are able to do this is due to the wide variety of ecommerce expertise we have internally. This stretches far beyond the ability to design beautiful customer experiences. But to increase internal efficiencies, spot opportunities for new technology to be introduced into a technology stack, discuss omnichannel experiences via POS and much more.
What is one your proudest moments as an agency?
Becoming Shopify Plus Partners and having the recognition of the platform we’ve been dedicated to since inception as one of the leading agencies globally.
What would you say to someone looking to migrate to Shopify Plus?
Firstly, why? We believe in creating solutions, not creating problems. So we see the initial investigative stage with a prospect as a fantastic opportunity to dig deeper with them and understand their motives behind a migration. This being said, due to the continuous improvement of native Shopify features and its enhanced B2B functionality, we are finding less and less reasons as to why a customer might not be a suitable fit for Shopify these days. Nonetheless, it’s curial to be sure before making assumptions that everyone is a fit for Shopify at the very beginning.
Why is product discovery important to your client base?
Product discovery is often the very first thing that people will use to navigate on a website so it’s incredibly important. Also, with more choices and more options than ever before being offered by merchants, the ability to filter and narrow down what people are looking for acts as a incredible conversion tool that is often overlooked.

What are you most excited about for the future of e-commerce?
The drastic improvements in B2B e-Commerce really excites us. Recent data shows that B2B customers are now looking for a very similar experience to how D2C customers and with the recent B2C functionality changes that have come to Shopify, I don’t think it will be long before we see a mass influx of traditional B2B businesses who are looking to use Shopify and change how they do business.
