Tell us about Real Agency
We’re a platform agnostic, conversion and results focused eCommerce agency working with retailers at key growth milestones from £1 million to £250 million annual online revenue. We’ve been doing this for 15 years and have a team of 25 UK based eCommerce specialists committed to measurable client results.
What sets you apart from other eCommerce agencies?
We want to spend the majority of our time on growth focused user experience and conversion rate optimisation tasks, discovered with data & user analysis and delivered with a clearly defined outcome expectation. All changes should deliver an ROI on the investment or be aligned with the overall north star or defined KPI objective of working with us.
What is your biggest accomplishment so far?
The biggest accomplishments are always the long term, happy and healthy relationships with our clients. Seeing clients celebrate 10+ years of working with us and the growth they’ve experienced or goals they’ve smashed with our support is always hugely rewarding!

What are some of the things you are most excited about for the future of e-commerce?
We’re always excited about reducing friction in eCommerce. There will always be new and innovative ways to display products in a catalogue, but the magic comes in reducing friction to convert the maximum number of visitors to customers. Friction in eCommerce is the enemy and we love looking at retailers stores to spot friction points for improvement. Innovation in this space is always exciting be it in search, shipping or payments, with a focus on improving the user experience and adding value for the retailer.
If your agency had a theme tune, what would it be?
Not sure I speak for everyone, but the lyrics to “Hall of Fame” by The Script featuring will.i.am seem motivating and inspiring.
