- Why did you decide to partner with Klevu?
Despite recent economic challenges, ecommerce continues to grow, and consumers now have more choices than ever. The increased competition, coupled with the recent trend of consumers preferring high-quality products, means decisions are taking longer. This makes outstanding personalisation a more important differentiating factor than ever.
With the depreciation of Google’s third-party cookies on the horizon, finding creative personalisation solutions whilst respecting privacy is important. There’s a difference between delivering relevant content to customers and becoming intrusive.
As an agency that specialised in UX & UI, working with a partner who can help us provide a best-in-class user experience was essential. We chose Klevu due to its powerful search functionality, product recommendations and personalisation capabilities.
- Joint client? Why did you choose to implement Klevu on…?
We implemented Klevu on Fine Food Specialist to increase their conversion rate. The results have been impressive:
- 13% increase in conversion rate 1 month after go-live
- Accessibility score of 100 (lighthouse)
- Contributed to a 22% increase in PPC revenue growth YoY.

- Why do you think product discovery is important to your client base?
The discovery stage is vital to understanding the challenges and needs of the business. Understanding how customers search and access your products, as well as making the buying journey as smooth as possible. It is also really important to involve the customer service team at this stage, as they will understand the customers’ day-to-day challenges.
- What consumer trends are you beginning to pick up on, that you see affecting the future of ecommerce?
We had an interesting in-house discussion at the beginning of the year and believe that machine learning will be driving personalisation for 2024. Machine learning has been improving ecommerce efficiency, automation and customer engagement for some time. Together machine learning and artificial intelligence can deliver personalised customer support using apps like Klevu MOI.
We have seen a shift in buying behaviours, where customers now prioritise reputation, trust, value and product quality as well as price. We have also seen increased interest in faster page loads, frictionless journeys and accessibility.
